Peace for your heart begins with surrendering your heart.
Peace for your heart is only found in the peace Jesus gives. He gives what the world cannot give.
Peace for your heart comes when you’re at peace with God, yourself and others.
- Jesus gives peace with God (spiritual peace). Romans 5:1-2
- Jesus gives peace with yourself (emotional peace). Colossians 3:15
- Jesus gives peace with others (relational peace).
When you have peace with God (spiritually) and peace within (emotionally), then you are more prepared to be at peace with others (relationally).
Gentleness and humility are the antidotes to the two biggest concerns in your life – arrogance and aggression.
