Romans 3:1-26
God is right, but even in light of our wrongdoing, it is through faith in what Christ has done, we are declared right.
God is right.
We are wrong.
Romans 3:21-26
Through faith in Christ, we are declared right.
Different images of justification:
- Verse 21: the courtroom image
- Verse 24: the market image of redemption
- Verse 26: the image of wrath. The Biblical word for this is propitiation.
Romans 3:26
