Sermon notes
What is regret? “A feeling of sadness or severe disappointment about a choice or something that has happened.”
Here’s the first step in dealing with your regrets: Acknowledge it.
Step two of dealing with regret: Confess and forgive.
The next step? Rest, rinse, and repeat.
How do we start to deal with regret in our lives? We acknowledge it. We confess and we forgive. And then we rest, knowing that God is not holding it over our heads.
