The word race comes from the Greek word anon from which we get our word agony!
When you are in that moment of fatigue, you need motivation to run faithfully to the end:
CONSIDER THE RACE OTHERS HAVE RUN
If you require earthly validation of your faith you may not make it.
It takes more faith to endure than it takes to escape
- Throw off the weight that hinders
- Throw off the sin that entangles
CONSIDER THE RACE JESUS RAN
CONSIDER THE HARDSHIPS OF THIS RACE AS DISCIPLINE
Jesus is finishing His work in you so that you can finish this race in Him.
You have said Jesus save me but you haven’t said Jesus change me.
